Worried About a Heart Murmur? It May Not Be a Big Deal

Just because you have a heart murmur does not mean it is so awfully terrible. Sure, you need to contact your doctor and have them check it out, and make sure it is okay. But, there is a very good chance that it is really no big deal, I’ve had one since I was a kid and I ran track in College at the very top tier. In fact, even with a heart murmur, I seem to be healthier than most anyone I’ve ever met, I have not been to a doctor in over 20-years.

So, whereas, I am not a doctor and you might have a different issue, I wouldn’t worry at all, but you should ask your doctor about this and get his advice on your diet recommendations. And here is an interesting side theory on the whole issue, maybe it’s better to have a different bio-system beat, as it allows you a different perspective in the mind, and allows you not to get into synch with deceptive human beings who’d try to manipulate you. See that point?

There is a fairytale about a boy who “marches to the tune of a different drummer” and that story is relevant to this line of discussion. And a heart murmur is merely a different beat, and a unique drum, it’s yours, makes you different. Plus if your heart adds or skips a beat every so often, you are probably well served by all this. Think about that, it’s a plus, not a minus.

And even if your doctor says it is really bad in your case, well, really what on Earth do human doctors know, they are still trying to figure out stringy DNA bundles. See that point too? Personally, I wouldn’t worry about it, and either way, you should be taking care of yourself health wise anyway, and if you do you are miles ahead of the game. Please consider all this.
