Macquarie Infrastructure Company LLC (NYSE: MIC) To Sell Thermal Chicago





Macquarie Infrastructure Company LLC (NYSE: MIC), the company that invests in a diversified group of infrastructure businesses has reported that, it has already entered into an agreement to sell a 49.99% interest in Thermal Chicago.

This Corporation owns, operates and services one of the world’s largest interconnected District energy heating and cooling services to more than 100 buildings in downtown Chicago. Its the largest supplier of heating, air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation. The stake will cost a yet to be named affiliate of The John Hancock Life Insurance Company $29.5 million.
