Back Pain

Pain is normally of two types. Neuropathy pain is caused by injury to the nerve tissue and the other type as a result of injury outside the nerve tissue. From this background, it is wise to know what type of pain one is suffering from before they can seek treatment for Back Pain. It is normally scaled from 1 to 10. Scale 10 is in most cases the worst.



Back pain can be a chronic ailment or still an occasional pain felt when certain activities are carried out. This pain is usually deep and may be experienced in the area below the neck and above the hip bone. It could also be felt in the lower, upper disc or the rib parts of the back. This pain is common in pregnant mothers in the developed stages of pregnancy. In normal situations, adults will face this problem at the age of 45 years. Technology plays a major role in the cure of this problem. There will be Ct Scans to find out the cause of pain in the back.

Traditional treatment may not be a sure solution to this problem. Treatment may be a combination of therapies like acupuncture, massage therapy and physical therapy. Painkillers will also play a role in this.

Just like any other type of ailments, preventing these pains is easier than treating them. It is normally brought about by poor standing or sitting postures or wrong lifting habits and lack of exercise. Back pain, if given immediate attention will prevent problems such as kidney, hip bone chest and rib pains.
