Foods rich in these include eggs, milk meat and fish. It is recommended to eat fruits and vegetables on a daily basis but people at times overlook the importance of other foods providing proteins, carbohydrates and fats in the process of body building. It is quite important to have a balanced diet for healthy living. Avoid supplements for vitamins and minerals where possible for the proper functioning of the body.
